Our story
Why we built TasqMan
We kept seeing the same pattern across growing teams — agencies, IT shops, manufacturing floors, HR departments. Work was being coordinated on WhatsApp. Tasks were tracked in a shared Google Sheet that only one person actually updated. Deadlines lived in someone's head or in a WhatsApp message buried under 200 other messages.
The available tools were either too expensive (priced for enterprise headcount, overkill for a 10-person team), too complex (requires a dedicated admin and two weeks of onboarding), or built entirely around workflows that don't map to how lean teams actually operate.
TasqMan was built with one goal: give every team one structured place to assign work, track progress, and close tasks — without the complexity, without the enterprise price tag, and without the feature overload that turns a task manager into a second job.

How TasqMan came together
The problem
We kept seeing the same pattern across growing teams: work coordinated over WhatsApp, tasks tracked in a spreadsheet only one person updated, and deadlines living in someone's head.
Building the core
TasqMan started as task management — single-owner accountability, a Today view for what's due now, and a Pulse view for managers, built to be running in a day, not after a setup project.
Adding Sales CRM
As teams asked for lead tracking alongside task management, we built a Sales CRM module that shares the same login and accountability model — pipeline, daily sales reporting, and targets, without a separate tool.
Going mobile-first
iOS and Android apps followed, built as first-class products for field and sales teams — not a scaled-down afterthought of the desktop experience.
Where we are now
We keep shipping based on what actual customer teams ask for — not a feature checklist copied from enterprise tools built for a different kind of company.
